17 Hivites,[a] Arkites,[b] Sinites,[c] 18 Arvadites,[d] Zemarites,[e] and Hamathites.[f] Eventually the families of the Canaanites were scattered 19 and the borders of Canaan extended[g] from Sidon all the way to[h] Gerar as far as Gaza, and all the way to[i] Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboyim, as far as Lasha.
